Los seminarios tendrán lugar los Viernes a las 12:00 horas, excepto los días en que haya Coloquio de Física. Será en: Laboratorio de Física Computacional Area de Física Materia Departamento de Física, Planta Baja Campus Fuente Nueva Los seminarios incluirán charlas formales e invitadas, así como charlas informales sobre temas que van desde la teoría de la información (clásica y cuántica), la computación cuántica, la termodinámica (clásica y cuántica), el machine learning (clásico y cuántico) y la inferencia y el aprendizaje estadístico ( clásico y cuántico). El objetivo de los seminarios es reunir a estudiantes, posdoctorados e IPs interesados en la teoría de la información cuántica para revisar y discutir los últimos resultados en el campo, la investigación que se lleva a cabo actualmente en la UGR, así como para aprender sobre diversos temas. de interés. Nos gustaría extender una invitación a todos y cada uno de ustedes interesados en participar activamente en la serie de seminarios. We would like to announce the start of a biweekly seminar organised by the Quantum Computing and Thermodynamics group. The seminars will take place on Friday at 12:00, except on days when there is a Physics Colloquium, at Computational Physics Laboratory Material Physics Department of Physics, Ground Floor Fuente Nueva Campus The seminars will involve both formal and invited talks as well as informal talks on topics ranging from information theory (classical and quantum), quantum computing, thermodynamics (classical and quantum), machine learning (classical and quantum), and statistical inference and learning (classical and quantum). The aim of the seminars is to bring together students, postdocs, and PIs with a keen interest in quantum information theory in order to review and discuss the latest results in the field, research currently conducted at UGR, as well as to learn about various topics of interest. To that end, we would like to extend an invitation to any and all of you interested in actively participating in the seminar series.
