Javier del Pino (Ramón y Cajal Researcher https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://jdelpino.github.io__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!S_7bV... ) is opening a PhD position starting before Fall 2026 (flexible start date) at the Condensed Matter Physics Center (IFIMAC).

The project focuses on nonlinear quantum dynamics in driven–dissipative systems, at the interface of quantum optics, condensed matter physics, and nonequilibrium physics. The work combines analytical approaches with modern computational techniques. The position is aimed at a motivated student with a strong background in quantum physics and a clear interest in theoretical research and scientific programming.
