Title: State Spaces, Quantum Search, and Chess: The Case of Explicit Spaces. Speaker: Prof. Manuel Pegalajar. Departamento de Ciencias de la Computación e Inteligencia Artificial. UGR Abstract: Quantum Artificial Intelligence (QAI) has emerged strongly in recent years as a research area that blends the benefits of the quantum computing paradigm with Artificial Intelligence. In this seminar, we will address a classic AI problem: state space search, using a classical formulation that incorporates quantum computing tools for its resolution. Specifically, we will focus on problems that can be modeled as explicit graphs, such as certain chess puzzles.
