Dear all. 

the Quantum Group has decided to organise a social activity next Saturday. We’ll go to the Llano de la Perdiz to make a BBQ and expend the afternoon there playing ball, singing karaoke, or enjoying the playground. Some of us will go up by car by other ones will walk from the city. 

Whoever wants to join the excursion just have to fill the following sheet, including the number of people they will bring.

I’ll take care of buying meat, veggies, potatoes, BBQ stuff, and drinks, and we can share the bill afterwards. We thought that it would be nice also if everyone brings something for snack or dessert (something small as I’ll bring the most of the food). You can add your contribution to the document. In the comments column you can add any special requirement you have.
