We are glad to announce the celebration of the Summer course “Quantum Computing: from Fundamentals to Applications”, which will take place in September 10-12, 2025, organized by BasQ-DIPC and Euskampus at the Miramar Palace, in Donostia-San Sebastian, in the framework of the summer courses of the University of the Basque Country (EHU). This course will cover basic aspects of Quantum Computing in an introductory way, and it will also review the different options currently available to set up qubits: superconducting transmons, cold atoms, spins in silicon quantum dots, photons, etc. The course will also show applications of quantum computing to face several technological challenges including those in energy, health, and materials design.

You can register in the course from now on to attend either in person or on line. A symbolic registration fee is established to attend the lectures.
