Dear all, I send you an UGR guide to activate your Microsoft Office account and use Microsoft products with our UGR license: Microsoft Office 365 | Centro de Servicios Informáticos y Redes de Comunicación https://csirc.ugr.es/informacion/servicios/office365 You can use it (I think) in a pretty large number of devices. I do not know whether there is a hard limit (surely there must be one but I never hit it). Best, Juani
