The fee is 500 euros because it includes accommodation. I talked to the organiser and she said that you may indicate that you do not require housing and we will negotiate a reduced fee afterwards. You have also to propose a poster title, but it is provisional and can be changed afterwards (just write something related to what you're doing in the group). Please, register ASAP.
