Dear Colleague,
this is a reminder for the TENSOR20 School on "Tensor Network based
approaches to Quantum Many-Body Systems", which will be held at the
Physikzentrum in Bad Honnef, Germany from 25.-30. October 2020.
Registration deadline is August 31st.
The school has the goal of introducing young PhD students to the world
of tensor networks. The program includes pedagogical lectures and
hands-on tutorials. There will also be poster sessions where the
students can present their own work. The registration fee is 200EUR and
includes full board and lodging (members of the German Physical Society
(DPG) pay a reduced fee of 100EUR).

Deadline for applications in August 31st; late applications might be
considered if space is available.

A note on the Corona situation: The physics center in Bad Honnef has
recently resumed operation (with suitable safety measures and a reduced
number of participants) and we are optimistic that we will be able to
carry out the school as planned in Bad Honnef. However, in case the
situation would require to cancel the school, we intend to have an
online school instead during those dates. In that case, more
information will be provided at http://quantumtensor.pks.mpg.de.
