Two Post-doctoral Fellowships in Lisbon, Portugal
The Physics of Information and Quantum Technologies Group http://www.phys-info.org/, at Instituto de Telecomunicacoes (in Lisbon, Portugal), is seeking to hire two Post-doctoral Research Fellows. The positions are expected to start in January 2021, but earlier dates are possible. The positions are renewable beyond the first year.
The candidates are expected to have research experience in at least one of the following areas: quantum computation, quantum simulation, quantum thermodynamics, quantum networks, quantum optics.
Application timing
Applications should be submitted by 20 June 2020, but earlier applications are welcome and will be processed immediately.
The positions will remain open if adequate candidates are not identified.
Application procedure
The application is constituted by the following documents:
1. curriculum vitae of the applicant; 2. statement of research interests, including a short description of the candidate's scientific background, motivation and skills; 3. the contact information of at least two persons able to provide references.
