Dear Juani Bermejo-Vega,
We (Nicole Yunger Halpern, William Braasch, Stephan De Bièvre, Justin Dressel) are submitting a proposal for a 5-Day Workshop titled "Kirkwood-Dirac Distributions: Mathematical Properties and Quantum-Information Applications" to the Banff International Research Station (BIRS).
Would you like to participate in this event, either physically or virtually, if the proposal is accepted?
A positive response to the invitation does not confirm participation, but indicates your interest in the scientific content of the program. In the case of a positive response, you will be notified if the proposal is funded, and will be asked to make your decision about participation at that time.
Your response will help us (the organizers) and the proposal reviewers determine the appeal of this proposed workshop to the wider mathematical community. You can write to us at (nicoleyh@umd.edu) if you need more information to make your decision.
Please indicate your interest by 2024-09-23 using the link below:

If you indicate a positive response, you will be asked to fill out a short demographic questionnaire. While the questionnaire is mandatory, you may select Prefer not to answer for any question. Your responses can help organizers ensure a diverse participant list. It can also demonstrate the inclusivity of the proposed program to the review committee.
Thank you for considering this invitation!
