As you know we’re planning to assist to the ICE-9 that will be held from the 11th to the 15th of November 2024 at Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife).

The deadline for booking the hotels is on July 31st. There are two possible hotels. The one were the conference takes place is nice but too expensive to book single rooms, but suitable for double ones. The second one is 15 minutes from this one and suitable for both single and double rooms.

As we’re funding the trip from different projects it would be nice if we meet to decide how many rooms do we book (if someone wants to share) and who will be making the reservations. The same happens for the flights tickets, as they have to be bought with the projects credit cards. Therefore, I think it a good idea to have a meeting to discuss it.

Could you meet on Thursday at 16?
