Dear all, I think we should make some sort of infogram to visualize what is the right way to book flights/hotel and pay conference fees for all employees of the group. Some simple graph. I am finishing the ICE9 bookings and the rules are just very confusing for different projects and depend on whether you pay with the credit card or by transfer. Please try to be careful booking stuff yourself. It is better to ask one of the PIs or Rocío to do the purchases in order to avoid getting a wrong invoice with the wrong data or we wont get reimbursed. Best, JJ
